ID Badge Technology Testing
In addition to the ID card design process, eXpress badging™ requires technology testing for any ID badges put into the system. This process ensures that all ID badges through eXpress badging™ will work smoothly in all of our systems. We provide sample testing cards available to our customers given the provided specifications. Test cards must be enrolled, and then a test will generate a transaction in our system.
Testing Guidelines:
When beginning the testing process, start defining all badge reader systems. Then, provide:
- The manufacturer’s name.
- The supporting dealer information.
- The point of contact for each system.<
Testing Guideline Format:
- Time and attendance
- Access control
- Tracking systems
- Network logistical access (single sign-on)
