The industry-standard employee ID badge photo is approximately 1.25 inches high × 1 inch wide. The photo should be cropped so the face occupies approximately 75% of the image, while avoiding cropped heads, chins, or ears.
A properly captured and cropped employee photo improves visual identification and is an important part of an effective ID badge.

Prepaid Badging™ credits are non-refundable but never expire for active accounts. Inactive accounts are notified after 12 months of no activity; unclaimed credits are canceled after 30 days. Non-custom items may be returned within 20 business days with a Return Authorization; a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges apply.
