General Terms and Conditions:
- All plans include setup and help with routine Veonics Portal use. Starter and Basic do not include badge-printer troubleshooting or assistance with printer warranty claims unless those services are included in your approved proposal or statement of work. Standard includes support for printers covered under your agreement. Manufacturer warranty coverage remains subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
VCDB Integration is not included in the $1,400 Standard price. Veonics Credential Database (VCDB) Integration is a separately scoped, recurring annual option. Connection method, implementation work, and price are confirmed in your proposal.
* Badge Records Defined
Badge Records represent the total number of active and inactive ID profiles stored within your Veonics® Portal account. We don’t place a hard cap on this count, allowing your badge program to grow naturally if you exceed your licensed threshold. We review record volume annually to help optimize system performance and may upgrade your license at the next renewal if warranted.
Benefit: No upfront data restrictions. Scale your badge program without disruption or surprise fees, with licensing adjustments made at renewal only when justified by your actual usage.
** Print Location Defined
A Print Location is a single physical address where badge printing occurs. Most locations include one to four printers and several team users, with one or two primary users designated to manage printing and support.
Benefit: This structure promotes localized control and shared team support without requiring software to be installed on each PC, while helping ensure fast, efficient printing operations at each site.

Veonics Credential Database (VCDB) Integration
An optional, separately scoped annual feature that moves agreed identity data in two directions.
Choose an API connection when your team can support that implementation, or a managed SFTP exchange when eXpress badging will handle more of the setup. These are delivery methods for the same optional VCDB Integration feature. Connection method, implementation work, and recurring annual price are confirmed in your proposal.
