There is no single lifespan for an ID card printer. Useful service life depends on the printer model, print volume, duty cycle, operating environment, cleaning and maintenance, and the consistency of equipment support.
Regular cleaning, proper supplies, preventive maintenance, and operating the printer within its intended duty cycle can significantly improve reliability and extend useful service life.

Prepaid Badging™ credits are non-refundable but never expire for active accounts. Inactive accounts are notified after 12 months of no activity; unclaimed credits are canceled after 30 days. Non-custom items may be returned within 20 business days with a Return Authorization; a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges apply.
