Returns & Refunds Summary
Prepaid Badging™ credits are non-refundable but never expire for active accounts. Inactive accounts are notified after 12 months of no activity; unclaimed credits are canceled after 30 days. Non-custom items may be returned within 20 business days with a Return Authorization; a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges apply. Custom printed products, software (after license registration or 20 days), and used/damaged items are non-returnable. Hardware must be unopened and in original condition. Questions?
