The IQ1000 is our most advanced TimeClock, with many sophisticated options and features.

Employee Lock Out: Restricts and does not accept time punches at the clock for employees not scheduled to work on that day or time. Locked-out employee receives a message on the clock display informing them of the rejection. Supervisor/Administrator override.

Employee Reporting: Employees can view their accruals, current pay period hours, and allowed punch window. Employees also have the ability to lookup department, jobs, and tasks, the user can also upload a selected list of departments, jobs, and tasks.

Employee Messaging: Send messages to an individual, group, department or company wide. A history of messages is stored in TimeForce.
Door Access: Provides security access to open doors within your facility, and the ability to track door access “punches” in Timeforce. The IQ1000 also utilizes Wiegand Interface.

Communication Types: Ethernet (TCP/IP), Wireless (802.11b distance up to 75ft from Wireless Access Point), 38400 baud Modem, and Serial (master only, 38,400 baud only).
